PEDESTAL AND DESKTOP TİCKET MACHINES

Ticket machines are the most critical component of a queueing system used to issue tickets. They come in two types: Pedestal and desktop. Pedestal type ticket machines are used in places with bigger areas whereas desktop ticket machines are more convenient to use in smaller offices. Each button on the ticket machine is assigned for a specific service type ( e.g. payments, money orders.....) called a category. The number of categories vary from 1 to 10.
