Terminals are used to call customers in the waiting list and perform similar transactions. Calls can be placed via physical units or software interfaces integrated into a S-Matik system.
Smart (Physical) Terminal

SM-AT19 is a physical terminal with 19 keys which is used to call next customer for service. Customer forwarding, intercalation and recall functions are performed via physical terminals. They can issue ID codes per user type and performance reports per person can be retrieved from system.

Virtual (Software) Terminal
|
SM-ST is a virtual terminal and performs same functions of SM-AT19. All transactions are carried out by a software interface which is integrated into a S-Matik system. Each teller has to log into the system. Counter-based or user-based reporting are possible via software terminals.
