DISPLAYS
S-Matik queueing systems come with 3 types of displays: Main displays, counter displays and information boards. The layout of LEDs/pixels in matrix displays are difeerent than that in a seven segment display enabling not only displaying of specific characters; but also alphanumeric characters and sliding texts.
Main displays are used to display the counter number for the called customer. All main displays in S-Matik system are of matrix technology and able to display alphanumeric characters. Whereas usage of single row main displays are sufficient in a branch with low customer traffic or transation volumes, it is more efficient to use multi rows main displays in places with high customer traffic/transaction volumes. Compared to counter displays, they are bigger in size.
Main displays are produced in two colors; grey and black and their technical features are identical. Below are the technical features of single row main displays:
