Dora’s References Exceed 1.200
Established only 4 years ago, Dora continues increasing its customer portfolio in banking, public and retail markets and has installed queueing systems in more than 1.200 sites till now. S-Matic queueing systems are designed and manufactured locally, used in major banks like Koç Yapı Kredi Bankası, HSBC and Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası and serviced by an experienced team of enginners and technicians throughout the country. We aim to reach 1.500 points by end of 2009.
Koç Yapı Kredi Banka Uses S-Matik In Its More Than 500 Branches
Dora has successfully completed the installation of S-Matik queueing systems in a total of 512 Koç Yapı Kredi Bank branches. Card readers are integrated into S-Matik system which allows prioritization according to customer profiles. S-Matik is integrated into the CRM system of the bank and branches are monitored centrally from the headquarter. Functions like calling customer via application embedded into the banking system and querying customer information from a central database are available in the deployment.
Vehicle Inspection Stations More Efficient With S-Matik
Customer services in vehicle inspection stations improved after being privatized. After acquisition, TUV Turk started deployment of S-Matik queueing systems in its more than 100 service centers.
Appointments can be assigned using S-matik. The call center sets appointments according to customer traffic in each service center and forwards customers to service centers which are less crowded. The generated information is displayed by large size boards installed outdoor which allows random customers visit the nearest service centers with less traffic. The system software is integrated into TUV Turk’s application software.
Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası Preferred S-Matik
We completed the installation of S-Matik systems in 171 branches of which first one started in 2007. The systems are installed with kiosks and swipe card readers.
S-Matik In HSBC
S-Matik systems, of which its installations started in 2007 have been operational in 325 branches of HSBC with full integration. Equipped with kiosk, motorized card reader and powerful reporting modules, the system supplies significant input to the bank’s CRM application.
