You can take reports according to the following criteria:
• Kurum geneli, Şubeler ve Sistem kullanıcıları
• Report of whole branch with users
• Categories & sub-operation
• Hours/daily/monthly basis
• Waiting time
• Transaction time
• Tickets taken Customers Served
• Customers not served (No shows)
You can save those statistics into text, Excel, Html and Xml format. You can print those reports either vertically or horizontally. 
Report Details: In report you see some standard statistics
and some special columns only for some reports,
Ave. Trans. Time: Average of the transaction times of the
customers served
Ave. Wait. Time: Average of the waiting times of the
customers served
Total Customers: Total number of the tickets taken
Customers Served: Number of the customers that were served in
this period. This means that a customer is counted when the
transaction time is longer than the Time Limit defined for Customer
Not Served. Don’t forget that Transaction time ends, when the teller
calls another customer or it is closed
Customers Not Served: Number of the customers who didn’t
respond to a call that were not served. This means that a customer
is counted as not served, when the transaction time is shorter than
/ equal to the Time Limit defined for Customers Not Served.
Customers Not Served %: The percentage of number of Customers
Not Served to number of all tickets taken.
Difference: This is just for By Hour Report, this shows that
the queue increasing or decreasing during the period. This is the
difference between the tickets taken and the sum of the customers
served and not served in that period.
Ave. Tickets Taken / Ave. Customers Served /Ave. Customers Not
Served
These Ave. values are seen only when you select Average field in
Details part. These average values show the average values in one
hour.
Open Workstation/ Workstation Would Be Open
These two columns about workstation numbers are seen only when you
select Staf.Plan field in Details part.
Open Workstation shows the average numbers of the Open WorkStation
during period. The number is calculated taking into account if
workstation were open during the whole period or only a part of it.
Workstation Would Be Open shows the number of workstations that
ought to have been open to prevent the number of waiting customers

2. BRANCH MANAGEMENT
In this section, you can watch online information of a branch. This section has 3 parts explained below.
Statistics by Categories
You can see online information related to category. This screen shows the following information.
Category: Shows the category name.
Ticket No: No. of tickets taken by customers.
Waiting customers: Total no. of waiting customers for a
category
Ave. Trans. Time: Shows the average transaction time of
customers.
Ave. Wait. Time: Shows the average waiting time of served
& waiting customers.
Max. Waiting Time: Shows the max. waiting time of
customer.
Customer Served: Show the total no. of customer served of
a category.
Statistics by Tellers
You can see online information about tellers on this part explained below:
Counter No: Shows the counter no
User: Shows the teller’s name (In case of selecting
password is must option)
Priority: Shows the priority name of teller/user
Category: Shows the category name of serving customer.
Ticket No: Shows the ticket no. of serving customer
Ave. Trans. Time: Shows the average transaction time of
teller.
Max. Trans. Time: Shows the max. transaction time for
that teller.
Customer Served: Shows the no. of customer served by that
teller.
Ticket Production
You can see information about a customer by his/her queue no. This section gives information about Ticket No., Category, time of ticket taken, VIP level, calling time, ended time, customers not served.
3. BRANCH MONITORING

Headquarter can monitor all the branches in this section. You need to identify every branch in branch definition section. This section shows information of different branches explained below:
Counters in Use: Shows the no. of serving/open
tellers. Wait. Cust.: Shows the total no. of waiting
customers. Cust./Counter: Shows the ratio between open
tellers and waiting customer Ave.Trans.Time: Shows the average transaction
time of branch. Ave.Wait.Time: Shows the average waiting time of
waiting & served customers in branch. Max Trans.Time: Shows the maximum transaction
time in that branch. Max. Ave.Time: Shows the maximum average time in
that branch. Total Customers: Shows the total no. of tickets
taken. Customers Served: Shows the total no. of customer
served. Customers Not Served: Shows the total no. of
